MosiacOA uses InfluxDB to store metrics from hundreds of specialist servers\, networking and middleware systems\, with some firms doing 1 million database writes per minute. The data (CPU\, memory\, network and application data) is queried and visualized for clients to view for a variety of beneficial use cases\, including root cause analysis\, capacity management\, and machine learning. \nSteve will detail the many aspects of building such a platform\, as well as the operational and onboarding challenges to designing killer visualizations for the demanding capital markets IT crowd.
