PagerDuty’s platform for real-time operations helps teams manage a complex transition from siloed and centralized approaches to multiple, distributed teams supporting a hybrid cloud infrastructure. To make this journey successful, one thing is clear: your people, technology, and operational processes need to be aligned in real time. That’s why we’re continuing to invest in our partnership with AWS. The integrations we’re bringing to market have always been centered on unlocking AWS’s unprecedented scale and agility for our joint customers.

Join us for this in-depth webinar to hear from PagerDuty’s Julian Dunn and Joe Pusateri as they walk through how our latest portfolio of integrations are built to help organizations using AWS and PagerDuty to streamline their cloud migration while also minimizing the impact to their customers. Here are just a few of the integrations they'll cover::

  • PagerDuty for Amazon DevOps Guru leverages machine learning-enabled application health information to provide real-time, signal-to-action capabilities
  • PagerDuty for AWS Control Tower extends Control Tower guardrail notifications to their existing incident management and compliance alerting process

  • PagerDuty for Amazon EventBridge Quick Start allows building unique and business-critical functions for EventBridge to help ops teams set up Lambda-driven updates to their AWS ecosystem even faster

What You’ll Learn in This Webinar

You’ve probably written a hundred abstracts in your day, but have you come up with a template that really seems to resonate? Go back through your past webinar inventory and see what events produced the most registrants. Sure – this will vary by topic but what got their attention initially was the description you wrote.

Paint a mental image of the benefits of attending your webinar. Often times this can be summarized in the title of your event. Your prospects may not even make it to the body of the message, so get your point across immediately.  Capture their attention, pique their interest, and push them towards the desired action (i.e. signing up for your event). You have to make them focus and you have to do it fast. Using an active voice and bullet points is great way to do this.

Always add key takeaways. Something like this....In this session, you’ll learn about:

  • You know you’ve cringed at misspellings and improper grammar before, so don’t get caught making the same mistake.
  • Get a second or even third set of eyes to review your work.
  • It reflects on your professionalism even if it has nothing to do with your event.
