With SAFe, a major lean objective is to maximize customer value by achieving the shortest sustainable lead-time while maintaining the highest possible quality products and services. But to fully realize this vision, you need to leverage more than just planning in your SAFe implementation. You need to take a systems approach and optimize the flow of work across your entire value stream.
While SAFe does integrate DevOps to accelerate value delivery to the customer, it does not completely bridge DevOps and planning processes or manage inter-team dependencies. To take a systems approach to SAFe from idea to delivery, you need Value Stream Management to unify your value stream toolchains.
Join Helen Beal, chief ambassador at DevOps Institute, and Jeff Keyes, VP of product at Plutora, to discuss how to leverage Value Stream Management and accelerate your value delivery through DevOps while managing risk in your SAFe implementation.

You’ve probably written a hundred abstracts in your day, but have you come up with a template that really seems to resonate? Go back through your past webinar inventory and see what events produced the most registrants. Sure – this will vary by topic but what got their attention initially was the description you wrote.
Paint a mental image of the benefits of attending your webinar. Often times this can be summarized in the title of your event. Your prospects may not even make it to the body of the message, so get your point across immediately. Capture their attention, pique their interest, and push them towards the desired action (i.e. signing up for your event). You have to make them focus and you have to do it fast. Using an active voice and bullet points is great way to do this.
