Eric Minick leads the DevOps offering management team in IBM’s Hybrid Cloud group. He joined IBM through its acquisition of UrbanCode. He has spent the last 15 years helping organizations large and small adopt continuous integration, delivery and, DevOps. He is a frequent speaker on the topic, and co-authored “Application Release and Deployment For Dummies.” Prior to consulting, Eric was a developer, test automation engineerand support engineer, and has contributed to multiple generations of UrbanCode products.

Bill, Program Director of Offering Management in IBM's Hybrid Cloud group, leads a team of designers and developers creating cloud automation solutions in support of IBM's multicloud management offering portfolio. He has 20+ years of experience developing and bringing to market web application infrastructure and cloud management solutions as both on-premises and SaaS. Bill has a long history with open source. He championed the use of Apache HTTP server in IBM products, is as a founding member of the Apache Software Foundation, and contributed to the formation of the Eclipse Foundation and Linux Technology Center.
