Regardless of which low-code or no-code tool is used, chances are good that the individual building an application using that tool is a professional developer. The simple fact is, it’s faster to build applications using low-code tools. Rather than allowing the application development backlog to become worse than it already is, many professional developers have concluded it’s simply more expedient to build many of those applications using a low-code tool that automates much of the code-writing process. The challenge now is finding a way to integrate all the application development projects being launched with DevOps workflows to ensure those applications are deployed, updated and secured properly.

Venkat Thiruvengadam
CEO and Founder - DuploCloud
Venkat is among the handful of people who pioneered the public cloud technology more than a decade ago. He was an early engineer at Microsoft Azure, the first developer and founding member in Azure’s networking team. He wrote significant parts of Azure compute and network controller stack where he saw Azure grow from a hundred-odd servers to millions of nodes in just a few years. After leaving Microsoft he realized that such hyperscale automation techniques have not made their way outside of companies like AWS, Microsoft and Google. This led Venkat to form DuploCloud with a goal to bring the hyperscale automation techniques to main street IT.

What You’ll Learn in This Webinar

You’ve probably written a hundred abstracts in your day, but have you come up with a template that really seems to resonate? Go back through your past webinar inventory and see what events produced the most registrants. Sure – this will vary by topic but what got their attention initially was the description you wrote.

Paint a mental image of the benefits of attending your webinar. Often times this can be summarized in the title of your event. Your prospects may not even make it to the body of the message, so get your point across immediately.  Capture their attention, pique their interest, and push them towards the desired action (i.e. signing up for your event). You have to make them focus and you have to do it fast. Using an active voice and bullet points is great way to do this.

Always add key takeaways. Something like this....In this session, you’ll learn about:

  • You know you’ve cringed at misspellings and improper grammar before, so don’t get caught making the same mistake.
  • Get a second or even third set of eyes to review your work.
  • It reflects on your professionalism even if it has nothing to do with your event.
