Adi Shacham-Shavit

Adi Shacham-Shavit is an engineering veteran with more than 20 years’ experience in a diversity of companies - having built some of the leading global companies’ engineering teams, including Liveperson and Appsflyer, from young startup to global R&D operations. Having seen hypergrowth - from 200 million to 20 billion events daily, Adi has deep expertise in scaling all parts of the business - systems, teams, and architecture - across different technologies from Python to Clojure. Adi led the engineering team at Lemonade, that is revolutionizing the entire insurance industry. Today, Adi is leading the engineering team in an early stage FinTech startup - Clear. Aside from her street kred, Adi also holds an MBA from the Technion, and a BSc. in Computer Science and Statistics from Tel Aviv University.
