Brad Clay is senior vice president and chief information and compliance officer for Lexmark International. He is responsible for IT strategy, operations and applications worldwide in addition to data privacy, cyber and physical security and internal audit. Prior to assuming this role in November 2016, Clay served as Lexmark’s chief information officer and was also responsible for the company’s acquisition integration activities. Before that he was director of finance, planning and sales operations for the North American geographic business unit. Clay joined Lexmark in 2002 and has held a number of different positions in global solution delivery and global architecture strategy for Lexmark’s Information Technology department.
