Joel Tosi spent almost 10 years at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and a few years at Red Hat before heading out on his own. For the past 7 years as an independent consultant, Joel has been working with organizations to help them learn how to build better products - better. This experience has led him to co-found Dojo and Co. Dojo and Co focuses on helping organizations become learning organizations - ones where not only are engineers learning latest delivery designs and skills but also teams are learning to build better products and organizations are learning to remove their own internal friction. Following rote practices is lame - Dojo and Co helps organizations learn to do their own thing.
