Michael Parker is Vice President of Engineering at TurinTech, where he leads engineering delivery across the Artemis platform, spanning both cloud and on-prem deployments. A veteran of developer tooling and platform engineering, he brings decades of experience building scalable systems and leading distributed, global teams. Prior to joining TurinTech, Michael held senior engineering roles at Docker, where he helped modernize the company’s cloud platform, scaled developer-first infrastructure, and oversaw key elements of the Docker Hub experience. At TurinTech, he focuses on building outcome-driven, agentic development workflows that enable teams to work confidently with AI, from planning and implementation through validation and production.
