Philip Stayetski is a Chemical Engineering student at UC Davis, originally from Belarus. Drawing on his experience building complex video analytics pipelines, Philip has pivoted his focus toward distributed systems and network architecture. He is currently working on Pilot Protocol, an open-source network stack designed to grant autonomous AI agents true first-class privileges on the internet through persistent cryptographic addressing and userspace routing.
