*Rodrigo is the Senior Partner and Global Service Lead for Platform Services in IBM Consulting where he oversees the portfolio managed services offering for AWS, Azure, IBM & Google clouds as well as private clouds. Prior to joining IBM he spent time at Mckinsey and Accenture, where was Managing Director of the Accenture Cloud Platform (ACP) in charge of Architecture, Product Management and its Innovation Center from 2013-2020. He spent time working at Cisco on their cloud management product and was the Founder and CTO of newScale (acquired by Cisco) where he pioneered the concept of service catalog-driven self-service provisioning. Rodrigo co-authored the first book on service catalogs, “Defining IT Success Through the Service Catalog”
