Sachin has decades of rich software engineering experience, working across different industry verticals and on a variety of technology stacks. His entrepreneurial journey started 27 years ago when he graduated in computer sciences from the University of Pune. Instead of opting for a 'job', he decided to build a bespoke payroll processing software that helped several SMEs in automating their payroll operations.
In 1997, he moved to the UK, and with software engineering in mind took up several strategy and architecture roles in large enterprise organisations to shape, architect, and design scalable digital propositions. A notable assignment was at Lloyds Bank, where he led the design and architecture for their account opening and onboarding programme.
2015 was a turning point in his career, where he moved into the start-up world and led the creation of a global digital technology team of over 100 high performing, multi-disciplinary engineers. Sachin continued his start-up journey with the creation of Tech Amigos – a cloud services company with a mission to enable innovation, deliver on the promise of Agile/DevOps, and automate all aspects of software engineering.
