McLean, VA – April 24, 2018 – Digital Intelligence Systems, LLC (DISYS), a provider of global contingent labor and IT project solutions, today announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets and business of Xtreme Consulting Group (Xtreme), a talent and IT solutions company based in the Pacific Northwest with operations throughout the US. The parties expect to complete the transaction by May 11, 2018.  With this acquisition, DISYS will add approximately 50 new clients with no overlap in top 10 client partners between companies.

“This acquisition is an important milestone in DISYS’ strategic growth plan, scaling our revenues and adding technical capabilities previously unavailable to our clients within our service offering,” said Mahfuz Ahmed, CEO of DISYS. “Our customers increasingly seek critical talent and technical solutions to help them manage rapidly changing environments that are increasingly focused on efficiency. This acquisition positions DISYS to be a strong and trusted partner of choice for driving efficiency and providing solutions that empower them to accomplish more.”

DISYS will add Technical Test Administration and Online Training Platform services to its offerings through the acquisition of Xtreme.  Based in Kirkland, WA, Xtreme revenue exceeded $76M in 2017 and has been recognized as a “Best Professional Recruiting Firm” by Forbes and a Fastest Growing Private Company by Inc 500. The company was founded in 2005 and currently has over 550 employees in the U.S. The acquisition will enable DISYS to provide global clients with the following:
