Acquisition grows revenue and enables DISYS to leverage infrastructure investments to create a platform for integration and expand national coverage for delivering top talent
McLean, VA – April 24, 2018 – Digital Intelligence Systems, LLC (DISYS), a provider of global contingent labor and IT project solutions, today announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets and business of Xtreme Consulting Group (Xtreme), a talent and IT solutions company based in the Pacific Northwest with operations throughout the US. The parties expect to complete the transaction by May 11, 2018. With this acquisition, DISYS will add approximately 50 new clients with no overlap in top 10 client partners between companies.

Based in Kirkland, WA, Xtreme revenue exceeded $76M in 2017 and has been recognized as a “Best Professional Recruiting Firm” by Forbes and a Fastest Growing Private Company by Inc 500. The company was founded in 2005 and currently has over 550 employees in the U.S. The acquisition will enable DISYS to provide global clients with the following:
