getITright: DevOps enables organizations to improve productivity and respond to change with less risk. It’s easy to adopt by organizations with mature ITSM practices in place.
DevOps Institute: Why should enterprises and individuals consider formal DevOps training?
getITright: Training ensures that all resources in the organization are in sync when implementing new practices like DevOps in an organization and ensures a cohesive approach that facilitates proper organizational buy-in and adoption.
Jayne Groll is a co-founder and Board Member of the DevOps Institute (DOI). She is also President of ITSM Academy. Jayne carries many IT credentials including ITIL Expert™, Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Agile Service Manager, DevOps Foundation and is a Certified Process Design Engineer (CPDE)™ . Her IT management career spans over 25years in roles across a wide range of industries. Jayne is very active in the ITSM, Agile and DevOps communities and is the author of the Agile Service Management Guide. She is a frequent presenter at local, national and virtual events.
