Dipping back into the DevOps Enterprise Summit 2015 well, today’s feature is my talk with Sam Guckenheimer of Microsoft.  Sam presented on the transformation he oversaw at Microsoft’s Visual Studio moving to Visual Studio Online. It is the story of COTS to SaaS and all of the pitfalls and idiot taxes Sam and team paid along the way. 

From this ordeal Sam and his team developed the 7 habits of successful DevOps. Like my earlier interview with Jeff Snover, it is a great peek into how things have changed in Satya Nadella’s Microsoft.
