Santa Clara, Calif. and St. Louis, Mo., November 8, 2018 – – InterVision Systems, LLC today announced that Jim Zaloudek has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Jim will oversee the company’s finance, operations, mergers & acquisition, investor relations, legal and human resources functions.

“Jim’s experience in finance, investor relations, strategic planning and risk management in the technology industry is precisely what InterVision needs at this stage in our growth,” said Aaron Stone, President and CEO at InterVision. “Jim’s proven track record leading private equity-funded technology companies will be a huge asset as we complete the financial integration and tackle the many opportunities to improve our efficiency, growth and performance.”

In less than a year, InterVision has acquired three companies —Independent Technology Group, Bluelock and Infiniti Consulting Group — highlighting an aggressive strategy for growth. Zaloudek has more than 30 years of experience in finance, executive management, operational management and M&A, which will bolster these continued efforts for long-term success. He has a deep knowledge of investor relations, ERP transitions and implementations, corporate FP&A initiatives and strategic planning. His public accounting experience includes audit, corporate income tax and consulting services.
