SeyVu’s machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities help clients transform raw data into actionable insights

Santa Clara, Calif. and St. Louis, Mo., Sept. 24, 2019 – InterVision, a leading IT strategic service provider, today announced the acquisition of SeyVu and all of its related interests, assets and intellectual properties. The acquisition aligns with InterVision’s goal to provide insightful technology-enabled services and solutions that solve complex business challenges.

“Machine learning and artificial intelligence are fast-growing technologies, disrupting industries as we know them today,” said Aaron Stone, president and CEO of InterVision. “Our clients need to quickly transform their data into actionable solutions and accelerate their digital transformation journey to stay competitive. SeyVu has the methodology and experience to help our clients shift from being retrospective and reactive in analysis of data to being predictive, prescriptive and proactive.”

SeyVu’s machine learning and artificial intelligence implementations include fraud prevention, voice of customer, supply chain, market research, investment research, brand management and other data-intensive applications. InterVision clients can utilize ML/AI consulting services to:

  • Transform raw data into actionable insights
  • Bridge the gap between data and decisions
  • Solve specific domain and industry vertical problems
  • Grow revenue and reduce costs
  • Increase efficiency and reduce risk

“SeyVu is committed to implementing advanced analytics, AI and data science applications across industries ranging from high-tech, consumer, manufacturing, education and government,” said Harsha Gopianandan, CEO and founder of SeyVu. “Joining forces with InterVision opens new opportunities to work on leading-edge projects to help clients improve business outcomes in this exciting time for the IT industry.”

With its acquisition of Infiniti last year, InterVision provides a range of cloud services including architecture, design, application development migration, storage and support. The company has one of the deepest benches of AWS and Azure cloud architects and technical specialists in the U.S., along with experience delivering advanced cloud services to hundreds of organizations across industries. SeyVu’s ML/AI expertise complements InterVision’s cloud services practice.

“The world of ML/AI is a fast-growing and massive new market that is strategically important to InterVision and its clients,” said Jamie Lee, Chief Revenue Officer. “Organizations are looking to embed more intelligence into their existing enterprise applications and service offerings. Adding SeyVu’s machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities provides immediate value to InterVision clients and is pivotal to maintaining our leadership position in cloud services.”

This is the fifth acquisition InterVision has completed in the past three years, including those of Bluelock and Infiniti Consulting Group. With an aggressive growth strategy in place, InterVision remains focused on its efforts to drive value to its clients.
